How do I cancel the tickets I purchased?

If the transaction meets the cancellation conditions as of the date of the cancellation request:

1. Login to your account at Ticketmaster Israel
2. Under "Profile", select "My Tickets"
3. Select the order you want to cancel from the list and click "Cancel"
4. Make sure your personal information is up to date and state the reason for the cancellation
5. Click "Ok"

From now on, we are processing your request and cancellation will take up to 14 business days, subject to cancellation conditions.
