Q: I purchased the VIP seating tickets, is it possible to exchange it for the Golden Ring Admission?
A: VIP and Golden Ring tickets are sold out so tickets cannot be exchanged.
Q: I used a benefit I received from MAX / Frequent Flyer / American Express, do I need to get a new benefit code?
A: No. Your order remains as is, no need to make any changes.
Q: Is there a change in festival opening hours?
A: No. Doors are 4pm.
Q: I purchased a self-collecting ticket and collected it already, do I need to go to the office and replace it with a new one?
A: Your ticket is valid for the new date. There is no need to replace it.
